Mandible Fractures account for 5% of all facial fractures. The most common mandible fractures are those in the condylar region followed by angle and then body A good thing about Mandibular children comparison to adults is that their embedded tooth buds hold fragments like a glue. Also, neck which short thick tends resist fracture therefore majority un-displaced type. purpose present case series demonstrate conservative effective treatment modality pediatric mandibular with cap splints, limited discomfort morbidity while taking care anatomical, physiological, psychological complexity developing jaw children.
